Very Random

Jumbled Themes in Black & White

Day in - day out, more like week in, week out - or more accurately "shoot in, - shoot out" - I end up having a surplus bundle of images that are "decent" enough to be blogworthy, at the very least - that end up not being posted/shared - meaning not being included in a blogpost that is coherent and that has a distinct "thread".

That can't be helped - There are just too many images I that I have to "deal with" 24-7 - there will always be "leftovers" that will remain in my EHDisks - unless, for some reason - I fancy them, extract them and just post them - just for the heck of it - Why Not ?? Why Not ? Hu ? No Harm Done...

Well, at least for now I'll just post these randomly chosen images [is there a hint of a common theme or thread ? - Whatever]... I can put crap in my blog - for all I care --- But --->Seriously ... I do hope you guys find these interesting ...

A Most Rare Occasion where I posted images from my personal "non-sports social activities" - Yes, that was sometime late last year, 2013, when I released some party images from a bud's birthday celeb - Got so Tipsy then, but managed to get some party shots - and the one above IS definitely a favorite ! A Goofy Party No Less !! [hic] [hic]

Had lots of "pretty girls" images fr that night too - but - but Never mind that - Get lots of that during sports events. Truth is, a select few close friends of mine, outside the sports scene are even Prettier and Hotter !! than the "Femme Sports Personalities" you see often in my blog - Mind You - but that's just me -

The Convert

On occasion when I encounter Non-Ateneans, [and Ateneo Alumni], that are AWVT Fans - It's, More Often Than not, Denden Lazaro's photos they request to see.

But Hey - No need for me to verbalize to much - I'm a Sports-Photojournalist --
I Shoot and I Share [via this blog] ....

But, seriously [I'm a Portrait Photographer too, in case ya didn't know] ... ... I definitely "Get it", It's a No-Brainer ... ... This award-winning "converted" Libero has launched a thousand screams [on and off the court], and expect a Lot More - Now, that she has UAAP Gold.

The Lady is a Champ

Took the two images above just before the start of the Step-Ladder Playoffs {Ateneo was to figure in a "Win-or-Go-Home" match vs Adamson}.

Then, the idea/thought of eliminating NU, who was the No.2 seed and had the "Twice-to-Beat" advantage, let alone , having to face the "seemingly invincible" Lady Spikers from Taft who had "Thrice-to-Beat" !!! - was so, so not the concern of the Lady Eagles then. First, they had to beat the Lady Falcons - they had to win - point by point - set by set {that's a total 18 sets bro - at least 270 points plus !!! } one "Knockout Game" at a time .. vs the Falcons, the Bulldogs AND the Archers ....

They had to win Six Games - anyone of which could be their Last ... Who had the slightest of inklings, then - of the Unprecedented Dream Run that was to follow ? .....

Certainly Not Me .....

Crafted this "sit-down"/ "on-the-spot" portrait of Denden way back May 20 of 2012, at the Arena in San Juan during our pre-match conversation. The image comes fr a 10-frame series.

Composed this "cat's-eye-view" / "on-the-spot" portrait of Denden way back August of 2011, at the Blue Eagle Gym , during a training session. The image is a stolen 1-shot attempt.
