Bulldogs Snatch A Win
At one point during the match, with the Blue Eagles ahead by 5 [6-1],

- - - the hail Mary Squad was still ahead by 2 [8-6] entering the 9th -
but the gutsy Bulldogs held Ateneo scoreless at the Top of the 9th and engineered a come from behind surge which saw Mar Gante, Mark Lumbres and Jhondel Tolosa score 3 runs to stun the Ateneo Faithful [who were just about ready to whoop it up come the Bottom of the 9th [confident that NU could not stage a comeback] - which is what the Bulldogs actually did.
