 Falcons Draw First Blood

Rodney Brondial [#17] slices for a quick two.
The veteran hauls down 14 boards and 
Adamson outrebounds UST by 13 [52-39]  - still UST wins.

 Jericho Cruz soars for this one.

Occasionally Cruz will lull the D for a second or two, somewhat slowing down - then he'll have this blinding Burst of Speed which leaves the D eating dust - as he takes it to the hole.  This guy's League MVP material bro!

The 1st Qtr has the Tigers outhustled, outplayed and

 outscored by the Falcons.

Ingrid Sewe [#6] [Adamson's rookie Big] repeatedly outpositions Karim Abdul [#20] in the 1st Half but when the Tigers settle down and play superb defense on the Falcons, Austria's charges can ony manage a measly 7 markers in the 3rd Qtr..

 Karim Abdul, hitting two perimeter J's, 

make for 4 of the Tigers' 22 pts in the 3rd

 Ar-reaouf Julkipli has to kick out the ball.

The UST D in the 2nd half is simply outstanding !  [This is as close as I can get to the action - w the loose balls occasionally coming my way !!]  A bit risky for my lenses  - But I LOVE IT !!  [photo above and two below]
