Wether it's a nuance of light, a passing silhouette, a grimace, a sigh, a moment of vulnerability, a moment of TRUST !!, a thought even {Humorous OR Mischievous }, a simple smile, a breath or reassurance, a feeling of being sexy ->& knowing it !!, a "kunot sa noo" moment, an air of arrogance, invincibility or even "eternal youth", "being taray", a glance, a nod, a hand gesture, strands of hair askew - ---> even a tear or two falling or "caressing" a cheek ...

Ma' "First Family" in the PBA - Why So ? - Cassius Norwood [standing] was the first PBA toddler I took stolen shots of [way back 2011].
As a result, Gabe became the first PBA Player I got acquainted with,
and Lei became the first PBA Wifey I got to meet.
Now that Cassius has grown, and the Norwoods now have little Orion
[in Gabes arms], we're just all comfortable w/ each other - and that makes my photography

In recent years, 'twas only through the "blessing" and trust of Ateneo University Athletic Director Richard Palou, that I'd been allowed access to the Lady Eagles dugouts.
Gotta Take it to the NEXT Level Girls !
As I suggested in a prev post - I take my cues, not necessarily from the subject - but also from the nuances of light, in a given setting.

Denden was to my 8 o'clock, Amy was to my 10 o'clock,
Alyssa was to my 11 o'clock, Bea was to my 3 o'clock,
Jia was to my 1 o'clock, and Coach Tai was to my 12 o'clock

Alex is one of the first UAAP hoopsters I got acquianted with [met the dude June of 2010]. Through the past 4 years or so - I've seen him through several years of heartbreak and frustration - made more ironic, being part of the core of one of the BEST Hoops Team Adamson University EVER produced.
During Alex' strongest years w Adamson, that Formidable Falcon Team, would always make it to the Final Four .......
{ on one season even - the Falcons had a Final-Four twice to beat adv over FEU and the UAAP faithful [and Everybody Else] were eagerly anticipating an Ateneo-Adamson Championship Series -when the unthinkable happened -> FEU knocked out AdU -- Bro, that was the toughest thing the Falcons ever had to live with -- and in his last UAAP playing year, Alex was sidelined by an injury ...}
.......but would always falter in the end - and

Now, as a rookie with Rain or Shine {and in top fighting form} - Alex has had the fortune of being in the PBA Finals several times - I'm just happy for the Him.
After the final buzzer [when Rain or Shine officially entered the PBA Finals AGAIN ] Alex threw his towel at me - in jubilation - ergo, the 3-frame sequence herewith.

Except for just a few [Jireh Ibanes, Karen Derder, Raymond Almazan, Chris & Clarisse Tiu, and Ai]- I've had the opp to engage in private conversations {to a "greater or lesser degree"} with everybody featured in this post.
The most recent conversation was that I had w/ Carla Lizardo - who I actually met on the TV 5 Set-Up {MoA 2nd Flr} {Opening day-NCAA} last Saturday.
[that simple conversation was punctuated by an imromptu discussion about the sudden [oh so tragic] death of a very young, super pretty AND very promising athlete - who had it all - ......Driving home from a basketball game, her car was hit by a truck - she was brain dead after impact - DOA at the hospital - ..... She was Karen's good friend [someone who I'd actually met [that's all] a year or two ago .....
I was just so intrigued ....
