B-t-Scenes - PBA Finals & UAAP Volleyball Playoffs

Last weekend, the Ateneo Mens' Volleyball team knocked out the FEU Tamarraws {last year's Silver Medalists} - to take the First Finals Slot.  The Ateneo Lady Volleybelles, meanwhile, elimenated the Adamson Lady Falcons , to forge a showdown with the NU Lady Bulldogs {who have the Twice-to-Beat Advantage}.  By the end of the day, March 1, this incoming Saturday, the Finals cast for the UAAP Mens' and Womens' Volleyball Tournaments will be complete.

 Barely caught the last two sets of the Ateneo-FEU mtach, but watched the 3-set sweep of the Lady Eagles over the Lady Falcons.  Before and after that match match I was able to snap these images.

->Apple David has already finished her two-year stint, as UAAP CSR for Adamson ->Mich del Carmen is the current UAAP CSR for Adamson ->Tricia Santos, at one point time, did train with the Lady Falcons [although she is currently a rookie in the UST Team] -> Mae Zapanta has just finished all her playing years with the Lady Falcons {I'd always tease her about how she used to wear her hair, during her rookie year, with two ponytails - hahaha !!} {I also know her Ex-}

Asked the young lady if she still plans to play at the upcoming Super Liga Tournaments - She answered No.  In Law School now, Angeline said she's directing her energies to her studies.

For now, Tricia's heart is with the Ateneo Lady Eagles.  Come later this afternoon, Wednesday, [at the ADM-NU match] it'll be with the Lady Bulldogs.

Met the pretty TV5 talent way back 2013, during the World 10-Ball Womens' Championships at the Resorts World.  Valeen's a good friend of Rubilen Amit [who won that World Title, for the 2nd time, last November !].
