Jersey #8 - Rookie

about
Suettie Marie S. Simoy

True athletes do countless drills and repetitions to enhance / perfect their skills, to maintain their physique, to stay in shape, to be 100% ready. They are taught that, and are expected to maintain their discipline when with team mates, and most specially when they are by themselves - off training.

There is that single, simple "exercise", tho, if one might call it that - that is never, ever practiced during training - simply because one does not need to train for it.

Come game time, or rather, after the final whistle is blown [tho some coaches do demand/expect their charges to practice it - and some don't give that much value it] - some athletes practice it, and some simply don't.

Some athletes, simply because it is in their nature [personality] simply do it, without any hesitation.

Looking at the images in this post - It is obvious what I'm talking about.

Now, having said that   ......

..... She was the first to automatically approach Fiona Faulkner {whose single goal handed the Lady Tams their third loss} without hesitation, after the final whistle - and as to how many of her Tamarraw team mates followed suit - I simply didn't notice anymore because I got so engrossed photographing the Lady Eagles whooping it up.

.... and I don't know her from Adam [or Eve]  .....
On Sure Thing I can say about rookie Suettie Simoy [#8] of the UAAP Defending Champion Lady Tamarraw Football Team  .. IS ..

She Got Class.
