Four days before the [Ateneo - La Salle] Men's UAAP Football Match, Carlo Liay, a rookie who hails all the way from Italy, scored the lone goal of the [ADM - UST] match - giving the Blue Eagles their first W in Season 75.
Luckily, at least for me, Calvo's goal came in the 2nd half - I missed the whole 1st half. This time, I was situated behind DLSU's goal, being guarded by ADM keeper Yu Murayama. Managed to catch the initial euphoria of Calvo though. and a few Blue Eagles, from across the pitch,
in the three sequential images above.
Come December 9 - lightning struck twice again - [as if Lady Eagle rookie Aina Martin's two consecutive goals in the final five minutes of the ADM-UP Women's match [first UAAP Match of Season 75] - wasn't dramatic enough] - as Calvo, another Blue Eagle rookie gave the Ateneo Men's team their second [1-0] win in five days, by scoring the match's lone goal [ADM-1 DLS-0]
