a common expression - meaning sharing a meal with ----- {for me tho} it covers anything from a brief merienda to casual dinner, company dinner, "intimate coffee", drinks even - {pleasant company makes any meal a feast - hey, just sayin} - on a street corner, a junk food outlet, a high end coffee shop or bistro {or even abreast, in a cinema} ----- a friend or two
Have this every now and then, in my "neighborhood" - w portraits to go - hey, that's just me [But, I never blog about this, never have, never will]
Breaking [big] SWEAT w
as in, as of late [for me] .... enduring a one-hour [at times, a total of two, w a break in between] gruelling, killer workout [wether Stenos or Calos], { with all the gasping, aching, arrgghs and auugghhs, swear words, "f" words, "pi" words [or whatever i end up blurting out, or saying to myself] } ... ha ha ha

Yes, as of late - I've occasionally endured Calos classes with this random groups, such as this one [and then some].... and the dynamic's just so different, in a pseudo-masochistic way {cause of the pain} ha ha ha - hey, it is no joke to commit to this type of self-improvement
Tough, No Less .... but so, so so gratifying, post-workout ....
{after all that punishment !} It's just all good.
