My call time at the Makati Shang for the CLEAR Dream Match Press Con is 11:00 a.m.. Wake up, Thursday morning, look at my watch - It reads 11:00 a.m. What the _______ !!!!
By the grace of God - I scoot to the Shang, and still manage to get a quickie lunch, and hardly miss a beat, when Fabio Cannavaro and Dennis Wise are finally introduced.
Do the "usual" press release types of photos {to be later disseminated/networked [from an office at the BGC] to various media outfits}. Then, after all's said and photographed I then proceed to Part 2 of my lunch ! [Burp !]
Thereafter, go to Picadilly Star Bldg, [at the Fort] attend to some business concerns - then catch a cab to Emperador Stadium to cover the separate training sessions of Team Phil and Team James - take some photos of the tune-up match between Team James and the RP Under-23 Football Squad

Sure, in occasions such as these, I take a "little extra effort" to take more shots of guests [who are just visiting and/or involved in special sports events] ->guests like Fabio Cannavaro & Dennis Wise - but I never really get star struck, or anything like that.

I just like taking pictures of people [at their best]. - And gaining new aqcquiantances, such as the media group of Sari and Rene [photo above]. And it's always "nakakagaan ng loob" [for lack of a better descript] to bump into my early, early [in the world of local sports] acquiantances [some turned friends] ever so often. [I started, gradually, getting involved with sports in the summer of 2008]

and have visited Boys Night Out 3-4 times already - even featured two of my visits to Maniac Monday, on this blog! -- AND my post titled "10th Weekend"-- my post on one of my studio visits to the BNO's Maniac Monday [March 11] --- has accumulated over 1,500 hits -[and still counting to this very day!!] Man, those boys are Nuts!!! - and Yep, Double D was "kinda cute" too, but it's her Voice is that Truly IS the sexiest, most seductive [nakakalaglag ng brief!!] Ever !!

You see, there's more to my "work" than just photojuornalzing sports. To me as far as Shooting Sports is concerned -->It IS ->Art, It IS ->Play, It IS ->Meeting new acquintances, It IS ->Reunions [always] and IS ->Renewing friendships. And that makes it Fun ->cos that's just me.

It is the Saturday, 7:30 match that everyboy's anticipating. Still, regardless of the Final Tally after that CLEAR Dream Match {II} - it is Philippine Football that will eventually win.
