Come the 2nd Half a [22-0] !! blast by the Ateneans { behind by 13 - [23-36] } catches the Zobel boys flatfooted and nails them at 36 for several minutes.
In the 1st Half, a steady La Salle Zobel squad starts strong, leading Ateneo by double figures within the 1st Qtr, and containing several runs by Ateneo {who narrows the gap by 5 points, at one point
in the 2nd Qtr.} .

La Salle eventually gets their aim back and manages to keep apace in the end game, and even almost clinches the match. In the extension period - Coach Perada's U-13 Midgets, led by Miguel Cabradilla's
22 pt. game-high , prevail.
