is blocked by Parks [photo above & below].

First half action - Mejour Luid [#10] is defended by Alfred Aroga

Fourth Quarter action - Mark Cruz [#9] fakes out
Angelo Alolino [#4] for this twinner.

Knight Mark Cruz [#9] charges in for this high percentage lay-up.
Unfortunately, the ball trickles out and NU takes the def board from this one.

Kevin Buenaflor [#14] does a teardop from the left side.

 Raymond Almazan [#17] -
this Knight truly deserves the Red Badge of Courage  -  IDOL !!!

Ford Ruaya [#19] leaves Mark de Guzman [#7]
to score 2 of his 6 markers.

Parks [#22] looks to block this one.

Bobby Ray [#22] [16 pts] Parks is eventually named Game MVP   .  .  .

But without Jeth [#17] Rosario's timely baskets [12 pts],
[and Alolino's {no photo}13 points]
the NU Bulldogs might just have been dethroned by
the charging, courageous Knights from Letran.

Mark Cruz [16 pts], Ray Nambatac [11 pts], Raymond Almazan [10 pts] -
that's 37 of Letran's total output of 67.

Bobby Ray Parks [16 pts], AngeloAlolino [13 pts], Jeth Rosario [12 pts] -
that's 41 of NU's total output of 69.

The Semi-Finals will see the the UST Tigers vs the UE Warriors & the NU Bulldogs vs the San Beda Red Lions on June 7, Friday. The respective winners from both matches will fight for the Gold on June 12, Wednesday.
